I read this little snippet of a poem this morning during my morning routine and it sunk right into me.
What a beautiful way to think about happiness – a holy redemption that is our choice.
At the end of the day, I had a conversation with my friend Henry, and found myself telling him about all the beautiful parts of my life that I have cultivated because I said so.
I realized that the happiness I have attracted — the holy, redemptive kind — is possible because of the conscious choices I made to shift my lifestyle. Because I said so, I have never been happier.
This is one of the most beautiful parts of owning your worth. Here are a few short thoughts on what level of happiness is possible because YOU say so.
