“You often feel tired, not because you’ve done too much, but because you’ve done too little of what sparks a light in you.”
I cannot stop thinking about this idea. I’ve recorded multiple episodes now about how important it is to shift how we spend our time to align with what reminds us of our worth. I mean it in regards to our work, our relationships, our hobbies, our health, and everything else.
The more I practice filling my time with things that spark joy in me, the easier it gets to own my worth. My energy has increased. My inner peace is at an all time high. The opportunities that are coming to me are unprecedented. There’s something going on here.
