“We give people a chance to witness our evolution.”
There’s one piece of living worthfully that’s been on my mind lately — so I of course wanted to record a solo episode about it.
It’s something I’m practicing daily, whether I want to or not.
It’s the thing that held me back from sharing my ideas and voice publicly for so long.
And it’s the thing that I am now having a lot of fun reversing.
It’s what I call showing the “unpolished” sides of yourself to the world.
For so long I felt that I could only (willingly) show the nicely refined, branded, or put-together pieces of myself. But then I learned how valuable and wonderful it is to show all the unrefined, unbranded, messy pieces of myself.
I jotted down some notes on what I’m learning as I do this (the podcast is a perfect example) in the hope that you also will be inspired to show more of the “unpolished” sides of yourself.
Because we’re worth being seen — already and always.
