I have become VERY interested in stillness and mindfulness in the last year. Since moving from LA to Salt Lake City, I’ve slowed everything down. It’s been magical.
I’ve also become more and more aware of the mental health challenges that affect all of us everyday. These are all intertwined in my mind. Self-worth, mental health, mindfulness, slowing down. So I recorded a solo episode, inspired by a new book I’m reading, on what I’m learning about my worth as I practice stillness as a mental health habit.
